Email newsletter ad network Penn Media announced an initiative to place a proprietary video player on its network of websites to serve streaming ads and relevant content, MediaPost reports. Called Vidsense, the program will match video content to Penn sites. A 15-to-30-second video ad will precede each clip. Revenue generated from the video views will be shared among those placing the player on their site.
