A startup agency that purports to boost online ad conversion rates substantially has just received an infusion of venture capital financing, according to VentureBeat.
The shop, Peer39, is one of several focused on "natural language" to search and, apparently, place ads within those search results.
The agency has received $3 million in a fresh round of financing. That has come from Dawntreader Ventures, a VC firm run by Amiad Solomon, who says Peer39 will be ready to launch later this year.
Dan Ciporin, former CEO of Shopping.com, is an initial investor and serves on the board.
