Overture, Google Give Tips for Paid Listings

Internet Retailer: Google, Overture offer tips on getting better Internet search performance

Representatives from both Google and Overture at a recent catalog marketer conference gave sets of tips to improve rankings on paid search lists. They include ensuring that the landing page is indexed in the relevant search engine and making sure that sufficient links lead to that page. Both firms denied that they give discounted prices to third party search firms that offer to help marketers conduct their paid campaigns.
