Online sales for the week ended Feb. 19 reached $1.81 billion, up 12 percent from $1.61 billion in the corresponding week a year ago, reports Internet Retailer, citing comScore figures. Online travel sales for the week were $1.2 billion down 10 percent from $1.33 billion a year ago. Online sales growth has steadily slowed from the 30+ percent range in the first three weeks of the year to 23 percent in the fourth week, 17 percent in the fifth week and 11 percent in the sixth.
