Online retail spending continued to grow in third week of the year, with online sales reaching $1.82 billion for the week ended Jan. 22, up 31 percent over the $1.38 billion in the corresponding week a year ago, writes InternetRetailer, citing comScore figures. Online travel sales for the week reached $1.13 billion, up 12 percent from the $1.00 billion in the year-ago period.
