Online sales continue their robust growth - up 35 percent for the week ending May 15 over the corresponding week a year ago, reports Internet Retailer, citing comScore figures. Online sales reached $1.46 billion for the week, up from $1.08 billion a year ago. Meanwhile, total retail sales were up four percent for the week ending May 14, comapred with the year-ago period, reported ShopperTrak's National Retail Sales Estimate. Online travel sales for the same week were up 10 percent, reaching $1.14 billion from $1.03 billion in the corresponding week in 2004, according to comScore.
