One of Blind Company's Claims Against Google Thrown Out

Google successfully had one trademark infringement count thrown out against it in its battle against American Blind & Wallpaper, but the federal court kept the other suit going, saying it failed to meet the strict criteria for throwing out a case before it goes to trial, according to Internetnews.com. The home decor company is suing Google for allowing competitors to trigger ads based on search keywords that allegedly infringe its copyrights.
