Omnicom is using its Redurban digital agency as a hub for a new digital network.
The move is Omnicom's latest effort to combine and maximize its digital work.
Other agency holding companies have orchestrated similar combinations or build outs to more fully integrate online strategy and execution into its daily goings-on.
Omnicom will add Virion, based in Dallas, to the network. It also plans on opening offices in London and New York.
About 200 employees will be working across the network.
