Mobilcast will help NPR deliver 45 of its podcasts to mobile phone users via , Mobile Podcasting writes (via MediaBuyerPlanner). NPR podcasts will receive a branded channel in the Mobilcast application. NPR has had nearly 18 million downloads of its podcasts since its launch at the end of August 2005. Available podcasts include All Songs Considered, NPR Story of the Day, On Gambling with Mike Pesca and NPR's 24 hourly newscasts.
