Nielsen's @Plan, an online audience profiling system, has been extended to the mobile realm, reports MediaPost.
Mobile @Plan shall provide lifestyle and demographic data for 200 major mobile websites. Nielsen says marketers that user @Plan and Mobile @Plan together can more effectively reach customers across both the mobile and online platforms.

This week Nielsen also launched Clear Decisions, a mobile-accessible media planning tool. A recent report found wireless phone advertisers spent $4 billion on ads in 2007.
