New York Times Breaks Branding Campaign

With the tagline "These Times Demand The Times," the New York Times has kicked off an ad campaign designed to focus on the journalism process that produces print and online articles.

The new campaign's launch coincides with the debut of the fall network TV lineup, according to BtoB. Spots for the new campaign will run during episodes of 20/20, Good Morning America, Nightline and Today, and also during season premieres of Boston Legal, Grey's Anatomy, Law and Order, Lost and The Office.

The Times will also run banner ads on IHT.com and About.com, and on its own website. The campaign will also be featured in a four-page insert in the September 25 issue of Advertising Age.
