A new firm being by opened in Germany by Lowe Worldwide seeks to raise that country's image in the ad world as well as improve service to clients there, according to the International Herald Tribune.
The new office, dubbed Lowe Deutschland, is being opened by a joint venture between Lowe and Cognetas and will be staffed by 40 or so people. They will service current Lowe clients such as Unilever and Johnson & Johnson but will also begin competing for their own work.
The undertaking is part of an international vision Lowe has for creating "hubs" around the world to better serve clients at a regional level.
