Internet retail sales shot up 41 percent for the week ending February 13 compared to the same week last year, according to comScore figures reported by Internet Retailer. Sales reached $1.79 billion when sales for both online and offline retail together grew only 0.2 percent, according to ShopperTrak. Internet travel sales declined 4 percent to $1.16 billon.
