Nameless Video Site Wins Big-Name Content Partners

Sometimes a name, or the absence of one, can go a long way. NBC and News Corp. have signed a number of media companies to provide content for their still-unnamed web video project, reports MediaWeek.

Fuel TV, Speed, Oxygen, Sundance Channel and TV Guide have all agreed to bring their content to the distribution network. They join CNET, E! and others. Clips from these partners, in addition to material from Fox and NBC, will also populate sites like AOL, Yahoo, MySpace and MSN. Material may range from shorts to complete episodes.

Oxygen's line-up is expected to include shows like The Bad Girls. Sundance brings The Green to the table, and TV Guide will add America's Next Producer to the blend.
