Interpublic Group's Mullen has tapped Keith Johnston to become the agency's first VP/director of integrated production, tasked with enhancing the agency's creative capability across new and established platforms.
According to AdWeek, the new position is designed to help the agency work in multiple formats and create integration between offline and online production, such as web TV, online video, and animation.
Most recently at Concrete Pictures in Philadelphia, Johnston is an award-winning creative director with an extensive background in broadcast production, CGI direction and 3-D animation.
Key clients of the Wenham, Mass.-based agency include Ask.com, GM, LendingTree, Match.com, Orbitz and Wachovia. Last week, the agency added the $10 milllion La Quinta hotel chain account as part of a recent new-business winning streak.
