MSN and PriceGrabber agreed yesterday to list the comparison-shopping service's selection of products on the MSN Shopping site, launched earlier this year, DM News reports. PriceGrabber lists products from thousands of online retailers and also offers product reviews written by its users. The deal comes days after eBay announced its purchase of Shopping.com and Scripps's acquisition of Shopzilla.
As an MSN offer provider, PriceGrabber will display products from merchants in various categories, including home and garden, apparel, consumer electronics and entertainment. PriceGrabber is the seventh-largest comparison-shopping service; the six largest are Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Yahoo Shopping, NexTag, Shop.com and Froogle, writes DM News.
