Many searches are "canned," in that Microsoft provides results not so much from web links, but from mini-reports designed specifically to answer certain questions, much like the model Ask Jeeves adopted years ago only to abandon relatively recently. The review criticized Microsofts answer generation reports as being spotty and requiring at times very specific sentence structures in order to be invoked.
