Internet Retailer: Who’s not answering e-mail: you’d be surprised
Most of the top 100 brands don't answer their consumer email, according to a study by Common Sense Advisory. The firm sent four different types of emails to each of the top 100, in both Spanish and English. Not surprisingly, the one asking where to buy their product got the most response, but even that garnered replies from only half the brands, the Spanish version getting replies from a mere third.
