Center for Media Research: Broadband Share Over 50% of Internet Connections by June, 2004

June of next year appears to be the month in which broadband connections will finally outnumbered the slow, according to Andy King, founder of WebReference.com.

King took data from Niesen//Netratings and Ipsos-Insight and extrapolated the trends. Today, almost two thirds of home Internet users dial up by phone. A bit more than two thirds of work users already have broadband connections.
