eMarketer: CAN-SPAM Compliance Higher - But Still Low

A tracking study keeping tabs on unsolicited commercial email compliance with Can-Spam Act provisions showed that more spam was in compliance in September than at any previous time measured. But that level is a lowly four percent. Still, it is an improvement from July's low of half of one percent.
