Monster Partners with Adicio for Web Classifieds

A new agreement between jobs site Monster.com and software firm Adicio will have Monster providing classified ads to the websites of 250 U.S. newspapers, reports Reuters.
Adicio now provides the technology used by the Wall Street Journal, San Diego Union-Tribune and Seattle Times for their classifieds. Under the terms of the deal, those newspapers will direct their readers to list jobs on Monster.

Monster users, on the other hand, will be able to buy print classified listings on publications using Adicio.

No financial terms for the deal were disclosed. The two companies will put a revenue-sharing agreement into place.
