Microsoft is about to open access to ContentAds to all advertisers, according to information from the company.
Advertisers may be enrolled in the ContentAds network on August 29th. This will allow them to buy ad space on pages within Microsoft's network, in addition to LiveSearch.
Once in, advertisers have the option of customizing the reach of ads at the group or campaign levels. If so inclined, averse advertisers may choose to opt out prior to August 26.
ContentAds is perceived by some to pose as a serious rival to Google AdSense.
