Microsoft Advertising has partnered with Amsterdam-based Spotzer to develop a multimedia-friendly online ad development platform.
The service lets users develop, then purchase, campaigns for text message advertising, banner ads and online video. Ads can either be uploaded or chosen from a selection of video and banner templates.
Users can be targeted regionally, by gender and age. To participate in the program, clients must commit to spend a minimum of 1000 euros.
Microsoft Advertising provides all template licensing and creative services. Development, execution and tech support will be managed by Spotzer.
In October of last year, Spotzer availed its library of pre-produced videos to clients in the White Directory for use in their ads.
