Dating site Match.com has found the connection it's been looking for: Facebook.
The online dating site has built a couple new programs to strengthen that bond, reports The Associated Press.
Match.com has rolled out an application called Little Black Book. The app, which can be added to Facebook profiles, connects users with others who have added it to their profile who are also looking to meet someone.
Match has also introduced Match My Friends on its main site. The service allows people to create profiles for friends who need dates. (Friends must, of course, approve the profiles.)
Both programs are attempts to bring in more social networking aspects to the dated dating site.
