Power Tribe Intelligence report. Green consumers use their devices to store shopping lists, music and photos in one place. Couples use them for entertainment options such as playing video games and active people use their cellphones to download applications to help them monitor their workout progressions and GPS apps to track their runs.
Ad Exchanges Serve Up the Riskiest Inventory
The riskiest online ad inventory is served via ad exchanges, according to AdSafe Media, which just released its second quarter review of the display advertising industry. It also found that inventory transparency was lowest on ad exchanges.
Budgets, Lack of Resources Hamper Marketing Executives
Marketing executives responsible for driving corporate growth are being hampered by insufficient budgets, skills shortages and inadequate tools, according to a new study by Accenture. Other stumbling blocks include poor integration with other business functions and a lack of access to the customer data they need. Additionally, only 23% of the marketers said their organizations excelled in customer analytics, innovation, customer engagement and marketing operations at the same time and 33% said they did not perform well in any of those areas.
