March Madness cause big spikes in traffic to sports related websites, reports Nielsen//NetRatings. AOL Sports was the big winner with visits up 69 percent during the week of March 14 - the first week of NCAA tournament play - but it was ESPN that had the most unique visits, at 5.2 million for the week.
