Mailblocks Mail Challenged, Responses Lost

PC World: Mailblocks Finds Its Messages Blocked

Mailblocks is lucky the company that bought it turned out to be AOL, the largest - and sometimes one of the pickiest - internet service providers when it comes to delivering email. The company, which sells subscriptions to its service that forces email senders to prove themselves human before their mails get delivered to subscribers, found that its challenge-response emails were getting dumped into the spam bin. Its close corporate connections allowed it to be able to tell subscribers that AOL will work to prevent such problems in the future, although at least one user told CNET that the problem persisted.
