Interchange Corp. has added Insider Pages' pay-per-call ads and merchant reviews to its Local.com search engine, its latest in a string of distribution deals in recent weeks, reports ClickZ. Beginning in 1Q06, Insider Pages pay-per-call ads and merchant reviews will appear in relevant Local.com search results; it has similar distribution deals with ShopLocal and OpenTable.com.
"Our strategy is to drive repeat usage by providing deep, rich, value-added content to our consumers, which ultimately enhances their ability to make more informed purchase and shopping decisions," Greg Parker, Interchange's director of strategic alliances, said in a statement.
Local.com was launched in beta in August. In November, it had 5 million unique visitors and more than 21 million pageviews; in October, it had 1.5 million unique visitors and 6 million pageviews.
