ClickZ: Local Web Spending Up Nearly 29%

Local ad spending online grew by 29 percent, according to a Borrell Associates WebAudit study. The figure, including newspaper, yellow pages and other forms of localized media, surged to $2.6 billion, growing at twice the pace of general online marketing.
