Online video services provider Klipmart is rolling out an in-stream video ad offering called Universal In Stream, which is intended for agencies and consolidates media placement and reporting, writes ClickZ. "We're reducing the time to market for what right now is a really complicated process," Chris Young, Klipmart's CEO, is quoted as saying. "You're buying in-stream ads on 20 different Web sites. People are sending creative in different codecs, plus all kinds of different client approval links."
Klipmart will encode a single video ad and send the execution to all the sites in the media buy; the agency will receive a consolidated report with reach and frequency metrics.
