Online video solutions provider Klipmart Corporation has opened an office in London to expand its business to the U.K. and the rest of Europe. The move comes at a time when the use of online video is soaring in the U.S, both for content and for advertising, and in the U.K., where18-24 audience is spending more time with the computer than with television.
"Klipmart will extend our U.S. top-end relationships with agencies, advertisers and publishers first here in the U.K., then to other European nations in the near future," says Becca Ratcliffe, who will oversee the expansion. Ratcliffe worked at Klipmart in New York some years ago and recently left Grey London to head Klipmart's U.K. office.
"We have seen an extraordinary jump in our business with near every industry category deploying online video advertising," says Rick Kleczkowski, Klipmart SVP of business development.
