Fox began previewing an episode of Kitchen Confidential on MySpace.com last Monday, and will continue to provide users access until Monday, November 14 at 7 p.m. EST, an hour and a half before the show airs, writes MediaWeek (via MediaBuyerPlanner). The network likely hopes to build interest in a struggling series: To date, the show has averaged a 2.6 household rating, and only a 1.8 in the coveted 18-49 demo.
