Having been named the Alternative Search Engine of the Year by AltSearchEngines, Quintura has launched a Kids version of its unique visual search site.

Quintura Kids officially relaunched in March. Playful illustration, tag clouds and large fonts encourage use of the search engine by young children. The engine is powered by Yahoo! Kids.

Thus inferred by a number of messages from Quintura, the company is attempting to position the child search site as a "gift" to children for the holiday season.
