SearchEngineLowdown: JupiterMedia Not Happy with SES Spam
SearchEngineLowdown reports that Jupitermedia, organizer of the popular Search Engine Strategies conferences, sent out an email to sponsors warning them not to abuse the list of names of attendees. The email comes after a blogger posted an online complaint alleging that Atlas OnePoint (formerly Go Toast) spammed him and claimed that he had visited its booth when in fact he hadn't visited any booths at all. The email asked vendors to "note that the information contained in the e-mail and the attachment that I sent you last week are the property of Jupitermedia."
