Ad network Jumpstart Automotive is expanding into creative with the launch of an in-house agency, reports ClickZ.
The company hopes to become more attractive to auto dealers devoting bigger chunks of budget to online advertising. Its just-formed Jumpstart Labs will assist local dealers in strategy and execution of digital advertising across the Jumpstart network.
Staff for Jumpstart Labs was gleaned from other digital shops. Senior Director Eva Maidneberg, for example, came from Publicis Modem.
The Jumpstart network includes 15 dedicated automotive sites. Jumpstart also sells behaviorally-targeted ads for 12,000 additional sites.
