Hulu scores a coup: Comedy Central has opted to syndicate The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and the Colbert Report onto NBC/Fox-owned site.
Comedy Central will receive a share of ad profits for the shows. If all fares well, other Viacom content may appear on Hulu over time. (Viacom is Comedy Central's parent company.)
The series, which feature Jon Stewart and Steven Colbert, respectively, are Comedy Central's most popular offerings. They will also appear on ComedyCentral.com, Reuters reports.
