Jaguar Shares Results for Yahoo Mobile Campaign


Luxury car brand Jaguar has reported on the results of a mobile campaign it ran with Yahoo Mobile for its XF sedan, reports MediaPost.

The campaign was aimed at high-income consumers between ages 35 to 54, with yearly incomes over $150,000. The target is a departure from the teen/young-adult segment normally associated with mobile use. The effort's objective was to better address qualified Jaguar buyers, and to test the quality of Yahoo Mobile advertising across uncommon mobile audiences.

Jaguar placed banner ads on Yahoo pages, which served 20 million unique monthly visitors and generated over seven million brand impressions.

The campaign, timed to run in tandem with the Los Angeles Auto Show, yielded 82,000 clicks. 96 percent of clickers completed the mobile form to find a dealer nearest to them.
