iMedia Connection: What knowledge can you share to bridge the gap on how to better serve marketersí needs in the online world?
Quinn: For those companies we work with — those companies in the traditional world, the ones that are not pure-play Internet companies but are investing dollars in the online medium — theyíre finding the Internet very successful as an opportune medium to communicate with and reach their customers theyíre not getting through their traditional media. Clearly, we all see the trend that the Internet is carving out a greater and greater share of the average consumerís time and there are a lot of innovative, unique and interesting ways to communicate and build a relationship with those people through online. But I think a lot of people are afraid, they feel burned, theyíre not sure what theyíre getting with the medium and I think you have to clearly establish what your goals and priorities are for the Internet, and find a partner you feel comfortable with who can execute those the way they claim they can and move forward with those.
