Intermix: Spitzer Coming After Us for Spyware Issues

Intermix said that New York's AG Eliot Spitzer is contemplating suing the firm for improper disclosures in the belief that its MySpace.com, eUniverse and other properties may be more spyware than adware, according to PaidContent. In a securities filing, Intermix said Spitzer accused the company of being responsible for "downloads that were installed by users without sufficient notice or consent."
