Intel Chooses McCann for Net Duties

Intel chose McCann to run its $300 million largely traditional media account, with IPG shops MRM Partners, R/GA and Universal McCann Interactive to take on interactive media responsibilities, according to ClickZ. Intel's new head of sales and marketing commented that Intel's brand evolution must be consistent, which may help explain the choice of an all-IPG roster. Universal McCann Interactive will buy online media for the chip maker. MRM Partners and R/GA will handle creative and other duties.
