Mario through time
Nostalgia will be the top priority of a new video game channel that IGN.com is rolling out.
According to MediaWeek, the News Corp.-owned gaming site launched a channel dedicated to video game history to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
Called IGN Retro, the channel will have editorial coverage of long-obsolete consoles, such as the Atari 2600, and more recent consoles that are no longer producing titles - remember Nintendo's Virtual Boy?
Big fans of IGN will also get a dose of the site's evolution since its 1998 debut.
