ClickZ: IAC/InterActiveCorp Buys ServiceMagic

InterActiveCorp (IAC) announced it will buy ServiceMagic, a firm that mates home contractors, lenders and other service providers with consumers, often through the web. IAC, an Internet firm conglomerate will pay an undisclosed amount of cash for the company, adding it to other firms in its Local Media Services Group, which include Citysearch and Evite.
