Mobile service provider Helio has tapped Atomic Wedgie to create a mobile channel for its users' enjoyment, reports Variety.
The Wedgie-created channel will bring both short comedy videos either, originally created or re-purposed from elsewhere, to Helio users sometime later this month. The firm will offer its existing stable of 12 programs and 200 shorts, 50 more than it currently offers, as part of the deal.
Atomic Wedgie is the first channel created as the result of the partnership of FreemantleMedia and Mobliss.
Financial details of the deal were not released.
