Havas's Media Planning Group Lays Off Sixth of Staff

Media Planning Group, the large Havas-owned media shop based in New York, told AdWeek it is laying off 60 employees out of its pre-cut staff of 409. None of the 14 U.S. and Canada offices will be closed. The company cited recent client losses, including Intel and Volkswagen, for the move.
