Press release: Harris Interactive Acquires WirthlinWorldwide

Research firm Harris Interactive bought competitor WirthlinWorldwide for $41.8 million in cash and stock. The deal gives Harris 300 additional clients and about $50 million more in annual revenues, about a third more than it predicted it would see this fiscal year.
