Kelsey Group: Yellow Pages: From Must-Have to Nice-to-Have?

A focus group including ten small businesses from San Francisco - almost all of them print yellow pages advertisers - showed that attitudes seem to be changing about the once-perceived necessity of appearing in the phone book. The value proposition seems to have gotten worse for small business owners, who are looking at new online options as potentially better alternatives.
