Greenopolis Bares Varying Shades of Eco-Friendliness

Peapod peer pressure

Greenopolis, a US-based social network in beta, determines how eco-friendly users' lifestyles are by asking them to fill out an activity survey, according to Springwise.

Users are given a colored badge represents their degree of eco-friendliness. (Orange, for example, means they need to change their dirty ways.) Badges can be posted on blogs and elsewhere.

Members are given points to improve their lifestyles. Points can be used for discounts on sustainable products and services.
