ZDNet UK: Dutch man pleads guilty to Google fraud

The Dutch man accused of duping gullible investors into buying about $3 million worth of fake Google stock pleaded guilty to the charges. 30-year-old Shamoon Rafiq will face a sentece of between four and five years in jail. His lawyer asked that he be allowed to serve his sentence in the Netherlands.
