CNET: Google's math
Google released a new calculator today, covering some of the distance opened up previously by rival AlltheWeb.com.
Testing its claims to be able to handle relatively complex equations, the image above shows it can calculate the potential energy stored up in the mass of the Earth using Albert Einstein's cliche e=MC^2 formula.
Also released today was a new version of the Google toolbar that allows users immediate access to Google searches, pop-up ad blocking, web form filling and the automatic creation of links to a Blogger blog.
