Google wants to recruit search agency execs for high-level agency outreach positions, just as Yahoo did by hiring former Carat Interactive VP Ron Belanger, reports ClickZ, citing anonymous search agency execs who have received calls from headhunters - especially since Belanger's hiring. Many search execs have also gotten calls from MSN as it looks to fill positions for the upcoming worldwide launch of its own paid search platform, writes ClickZ.
